The National Open University of Nigeria has released new rules for people who want to become students this year. National Open University school fees have increased for the 2017 academic session. If you want to become a student of this university, do not miss this valuable information!


National Open University Announcement 

According to the NOUN official website Noun.org.ng 

– the university has decided to increase the school fees. It`s now available on the management board of the NOUN. 

The University officials have also directed that all future students must visit their study centers. It`s also advisable to make payments for the 2017 academic session. National Open University news has already publicized this information on the Noun.org.ng. 

This knowledge will help you to avoid mistakes when you submit your application. 

Undergraduate school fees 

1. Result Verification Fee – the current amount is N5000, and the new amount is N5000; 

2. JAMB Regularization – the current amount is N6000, and the new amount is N6000; 

3. E-Facilitation – the current amount is none, and the new amount is N4000; 

4. ICT Charges – the current amount is N10000, and the new amount is N10000; 

5. Library Fees – the current amount is N3000, and the new amount is N3000; 

6. I.D. Card Fees – the current amount is N500, and the new amount is N500; 

7. Matriculation Fees – the current amount is N1500, and the new amount is N1500; 

8. Orientation Fees – the current amount is N1500, and the new amount is N1500; 

9. Caution Deposit– the current amount is N3500, and the new amount is N3500; 

10. Registration Fees – the current amount is N2500, and the new amount is N6000.

According to this information of the National Open University of Nigeria, there are two main categories which payment has been increased. It`s the Registration Fees and E-Facilitation Fees. 

The current amount of fees is N33500. The new amount of fees is N41000. The total compulsory fees has now been increased by 22.4% or N7500.
