In a video obtained exclusively byInstablog9ja, a policeman was seen extorting money from a bike man using POS.
The incident which occurred on Olowora street, Mafoluku, Oshodi, Lagos, was filmed by individuals close by.
The policeman involved is said to be attached to Makinde police station, Mafoluku, Oshodi, Lagos.
